Battle City tournament

Its a themed tournament. The theme will be based on the decks from Battle City series. U can sign up only with a themed deck.
In the preliminary round of the tournament, the participants need to face each other battle royal style.
Each duelist will be given 2 locator cards . challenge each other to Duels to win cards. Anyone to run out of cards was eliminated from the tournament.
First four duelists to get six cards will enter the next round.

Rules -
* Duelist with no locator cards is eliminated and can no longer duel in the tournament
* The inactive duelists during the result of preliminary round will be considered eliminated.
* You can challenge each other through PM and fix the hour of the duel , if the challenge was not answered in 48 hrs, the challenger wins by default.
* However, you may report about an unfinished/undecided duel to this topic with a screenshot . If any such report was found about a certain duelist from various other duelists. the concerned duelist may be dis-qualified for bad code of conduct. Scenario : Player A & B have a conflict in a duel. Player A reports me through PM, Player B also reports to me on the same duel about this with his point of view. They both will be marked, Just one more report like that about either of them from a player C during the tournament will lead to dis-qualification of player a or b.
* They are not matches, Duels only. Meaning no best of three.
The winner will be moved to obelisk blue and will be declared battle city champion. When u sign up u will write ur deck too to see if it's alright.
